Manager Property & Building Jobs required in Abu Dhabi- United Arab Emirates

Strong demand for our services has created an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our UAE leadership team.
Based in Abu Dhabi, this is a strategic position that will play a key role in the management, performance and growth of our property and buildings business.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
Architectural or Engineering qualifications with a minimum 12 years post graduate experience in the buildings sector. A Master’s Degree or professional accreditation such as RIBA or CPEng is preferable
Proven success in building, managing and enhancing relationships with clients and other significant internal and external stakeholders
Extensive consulting background and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects, within the property and buildings sector
Proven management and leadership skills
Capability to formulate, implement and drive business strategies to ensure growth and profitably within each business group
Extensive experience in bid management, winning jobs and negotiating contracts with both clients and subcontractors
Middle East experience and a working knowledge of safety, design and client relationship practices specific to this region will be highly regarded.
In addition to your technical strengths, we are looking for a manager with strong communication and mentoring skills and commitment to engage and lead teams so that the solutions delivered to clients are innovative, sustainable and appropriate.
