Product Supply Administrative (FR) Job at Procter & Gamble in United Arab Emirates



Order Management position available in Dubai, UAE, which is the single face to receive and process all customer orders in coordination with source plant, ensure timely resolution of all related queries/issues, meet all customer requirements (on time shipment, right product, right quantity, etc) and adherence to internal control & compliance guidelines. This role is a key contributor to ensuring customer satisfaction.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1-    Building Business

Lead Order Forms process with various stakeholders including receiving/changes/amendments
Verify and ensure the completion of standard requirements of the orders received from Customers
Ensuring timely and accurate order creation and communication of order status to the various stakeholders
Managing customer reports, calls and concerns on a timely basis.
Ensure correct documents are sent on the customers in a timely manner.
Monitor shipment with plants/forwarders etc. and keep all stakeholders updated about the status.
Co-ordinates issues related to short/excess/damaged shipments with Logistic/plant team/Customer.
Enhance productivity of order management by identifying simplification ideas and ensure timely implementation with system experts support.
Execute the operations in line with company policy and guidelines.


2-    Building Organization

-  Score Card
-  Order status report
-  Customer Related status Report

4. Projects

To participate in projects and perform other duties as required

Qualifications & Experience Required

-  A minimum of a Bachelors degree
-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-  Verbal and written fluency in English and French (a must).
-  Arabic is a plus
-  Strong analytical skills
-  Adaptability, integrality, personal accountability
-  Ability to manage conflicts
-  Strong and demonstrated customer service orientation.
-  Customer Management/Supply Chain experience Preferred
-  SAP Experience Preferred
