Job description
Do not apply unless you are a Filipino CPA Qualified Accountant and you are available in Dubai for interview.
You will have worked for a blue-chip accountancy firm and will have had some experience of working in a commercial environment in the Middle East.
You will be under 28 years old.
Be a qualified accountant: CA, CPA or equivalent. You will gather that we are looking for someone who is clever and astute.
Be able to handle all aspect of accounting – complete P&L, management reporting, stock control and forecasting. Procurement experience is a plus.
Have a good head for accounting systems and procedures - be they accounting related or otherwise. You will need to have a head for enhancing systems, as our approach to building capacity is built on systems and great thinking (not on employing lots of people).
Be a good communicator – someone who can communicate to a high standard in English - in writing, by telephone and face to face. Someone who is able to build relationships with demanding clients and management.
Have a strong ethical and professional compass and be able to stand up to principles and standards, both internally and externally. You must have impeccable references.
Have experienced using the PipeDrive or any CRM tool is a plus.
Be willing and happy to work long hours. Have bags of energy and common sense. You will understand what a commitment means. You will be wisely cautious and impeccably organised.
